INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup of water
• 1 pouch of our delicious ProtiDiet Vanilla Shake
• 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk,
soy milk, skim milk or non-dairy milk
• 1 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 1⁄2 cup frozen bananas
• 1⁄2 rounded scoop of ProtiDiet Collagen Peptides Powder
• 1 to 2 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional)
Feel free to add a little plain organic yogurt, almond butter,
or organic peanut butter to increase the richness

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
2. Blend on low until the blender gains traction, then ramp up to
