• 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk,
soy milk, skim milk or non-dairy milk
• 1 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 1⁄2 cup frozen bananas

• 1 to 2 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional)
Feel free to add a little plain organic yogurt, almond butter,

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
