This artisan snack is all natural, and manufactured with the traditions to preserve the flavors of the past. The company has recently introduced a gold line of premium pastas using extra calibrated semolina obtained by extraction of the best durum wheat of the Murges area in Puglia. The end result is a consistent, full flavored pasta with a nice texture. A great addtion with your favorite sauce and seafood!

Tarall'oro Spaghetti Black Ink Pasta, Nero di Seppia
A line of products that is distinguished for the quality of the raw materials used and for the characteristic production process. Obtained exclusively by processing extra-calibrated durum wheat semolina, water and dehydrated natural spices; free of preservatives and colorings, the mixture is drawn into bronze molds that give the pasta a rough and porous surface. A line of original products that, however, do not betray the typical characteristics of homemade pasta.
